Purchasing your home is stressful! No matter how many times you have gone through the process or if it’s your first time, it can be a major undertaking UNLESS you are working with a loan officer that knows how to get a loan approved. Mike McIntosh is that loan officer.

When we purchased our first home, we started working with a different loan officer who had been recommended to us by “someone in the business”. This loan officer was a salesman, but not capable of working a loan. One week before closing we found out our loan was denied. We received no explanation why all of the hurdles this other lender said he could overcome now turned out to be insurmountable for him. Fortunately for us, Mike McIntosh took over. Mr. McIntosh served as our loan officer during our long and very stressful search for a home. Our home search was so difficult because we were limited as to location and price. We also met with plain bad luck in several of our attempts to purchase a home. No matter how stressful our situation became and no matter how fed up I became, Mr. McIntosh always handled each particular hardship we encountered with tremendous patience, friendliness, and expert advice which we valued more with each attempted purchase. There were even times when I was reduced to tears because of a failure in a transaction or other difficulty. Furthermore, I frequently needed to confer with Mr. McIntosh about our loan and/or ask his advice during those months.
